Tax a techi

I'm with you on this one Miles, it is essential for any business to understand the companies current and future I.T. needs in an intergrated fashion if you are going to develop the products and services you provide.

No doubt your new role will be about creating alliances and working across the organisation and technologies at a stategic level, something that working in a high octane environement over a number of year has enabled you to do.

Whereas your humble I.T. technician tends to work at a responsive level looking after user need with limited developmental work, but you can't live without them, who esle would come and switch your machine on and of when you can't get the bloody thing to work. I don't intend to start do that sort of thing myself as it would undermine the social order or things and we don't wont that. Game on.
