I would like to make a dedication to one of the knitting circles favourites- John JuddHe was a prolific actor during the early 1980's appearing in several Minderand Professionals epsiodes as well as playing the second security guard inan epsiode of Space 1999.He always played the hard man but in real life was a gentle man accordingto his colleagues. There was an epsiode of Minder called Another Bride,Another Groom in which he is in the back of a car with Dennis Waterman andWaterman says 'Bit of a hard case ah we' Judd replies and I must add thisis the best line to have been said on TV of all time'I have been known to go a bit'Absolutely, fantastic .If any of you are obsessed with this man like I am then let me know. Ialmost at the point of hiring a private detective to find him. He must beabout 60 years old now
