I'm glad you raised this subject becuase I have a developing interest in fashion and have conducted some research, in the state of Louisiana they want to ban low cut jeans and "outlaw wearing clothing in public that intentionally exposes undergarments or 'any portion of the pubic hair, cleft of the buttock or genitals'." I obviously had a chuckle - particularly at the pubic hair bit. Have you ever seen pubic hair sticking out of someone wearing low cut jeans? I haven't. And if it did happen how can you be sure that it was intentional?
