Hear, hear. I had to go on a team building exercise while with Safeway a coupole of years ago. We were outdoors and had to continue Its A Knockout type games even in the pouring rain. We bonded much better drying off in the bar afterwards. There was a downside, due to the next week's increase in absenteeism because most of the attendees were off-sick with colds brought on by said rain!
