Prunes and Porrdige

Recently I have given up eating any form of junk food such as crisps andchocolate. I cannot tell you how nice it is not to be filling ones bodywith junk food and not to get those awful highs and lows created by anartificial sugar rush. No I stick to fruit which gives me horrendous smelling blow offs and theodd nut. Porridge for breakfast lean meat in the evening I had my first alcoholicdrink in 2 weeks the other day. I look down with pity on the masses consuming rubbish only a minute agosomeone offered me a Jaffa Cake no I retuirned to my desk for an orange. How great it is to feel so smug and superior now where are those Chicken McNuggets I bought for lunch must go and wave them in old Rama Dama DingDongs face.
